We require a $100 booking fee (non refundable but deducted from final bill) on the day of booking also 50% of the remaining balance will be due upon booking (via invoice & non refundable) and the remainder will be due 7 days prior to the event date. 

Once your FINAL invoice has been settled there will be no refunds given for no shows on the day. 

If booking is cancelled no refunds will be given. You have the option to rearrange, upto 12 months after original booking. You are only able to use the credit for another party or workshop deposit. You cannot exchange deposit for products. 

If COVID is a factor in the booking cancellation you will be offered to reachedule your booking but there will not be a refund of the funds already paid.
